Why I Do What I Do
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply curious about the inner workings of people and the world around us—what shapes our thoughts, behaviours, and societies. My fascination has always been rooted in understanding how our nervous system and brain development drive emotions, perceptions, and decisions. These, in turn, form patterns that either move us closer to or further away from our goals.
At the heart of my curiosity lived one unwavering thought:
“I want to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives and society.”
After years in the business and financial world, I decided to honour that passion by becoming an Integrated Life Coach. The journey wasn’t linear, but it was transformative. Along the way, I learned that every challenge holds the potential for growth if we dare to question, explore, and approach it differently.
If my story resonates with you, I’d love to connect. Together, we can turn challenges into opportunities and help you achieve your goals—whether they’re personal or professional.
ABOUT ME
My Journey
I began my professional path with a Business degree from Monash University Australia, majoring in Management and Accounting, with a minor in Psychology. Following the traditional route, I started my career as a Consultant at EY. While the experience was invaluable, I quickly realized that corporate life didn’t align with my deeper purpose of creating meaningful impact.
Seeking a more dynamic environment, I transitioned to the startup world. Over the next eight years, I worked in data-driven roles, helping startups scale and achieve their goals through data analysis, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, UX improvements, and process automation. Later, as a consultant at Mastercard, I advised banks on strategies to grow their businesses.
At 33, I took a step back to reflect on my career and life. I realized that my greatest strength—and what had propelled my success—was my ability to ask the right questions, uncover overlooked insights, and offer personalized, actionable solutions.
That realization inspired me to pivot. I decided to channel my skills and passion into life coaching—a field that perfectly combines my background in psychology, problem-solving, and strategy.
Today, as an Integrated Life Coach, I help individuals harmonize their Mental, Emotional, and Physical Systems to achieve their goals. This work feels like the culmination of everything I’ve learned and the fulfilment of my desire to make a meaningful impact.
If you’re ready to step into growth and transformation, I’m here to guide you on that journey.
