ABOUT MEERA MANIAR
I began my professional path with a Business degree from Monash University Australia, majoring in Management and Accounting, with a minor in Psychology. Like many, I followed the traditional route and started my career as a Consultant at EY. While the experience was invaluable, I realized that corporate life didn’t align with my deeper purpose of creating meaningful impact.
Craving something more dynamic, I entered the startup world. Over the next eight years, I worked in data-driven roles, helping startups scale and achieve their goals through data analysis, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and process automation. Later, as a consultant at Mastercard, I advised banks on strategies to expand and scale their products.
At 34, I stepped back and asked myself a bigger question: What was the real thread running through everything I had done? The answer was clear. It was the ability to ask the right questions, uncover blind spots, and offer personalized, actionable solutions. But it the real passion wasn't in products or services, it was in people.
That realization sparked my pivot. I became a certified Integrative Life Coach, blending psychology, neuroscience, and coaching with the strategic, problem-solving mindset I had honed in business.
That’s how Superstate™ was born: the culmination of my business background, my curiosity about the brain, and my passion to make neuroscience practical, fun, and transformative for leaders, educators, and individuals.
